Guest guest
Kriyas Category: Life Often during a Kundalini awakening a person may find themselves having spontaneous movements that can be as subtle as a light tremor to as troubling as a grand mal seizure. These are an energetic response from the body of an infusion of Kundalini energy upon the body physical. It will resemble spasms and jerks of varying frequency and may strike fear into the one experiencing this who isn't prepared to be jerking and twitching their way around the house. Not to mention loved ones. These are called Kriyas. (Kriya from the Sanskrit, " action, deed, effort " ) Kriyas are spontaneous movements resulting from the awakening of Kundalini energy and its imposition upon the neural pathways and meridians of the body. They will come and go and are not to be feared. The frequency and heaviness of the kriyas will vary from person to person. If you are at work they may wait until you come home or come late at night or they may actually come at work as embarrassing as this could be. Please remember that Kundalini isn't just an effect of an energetic release upon the body. It is an energetic intelligence. It is conscious. It knows you better than you know you and if the kriyas would be detrimental to you and your livelihood then it would most likely pick another time. If your body is in need of this to occur though - the kriyas will come regardless of your situation. Kundalini has its own agenda and it is best to lay your agenda aside for the time being and allow it to complete its initial process. Not everyone has the kriyas. Much depends upon what the person brings with them to this life regarding the physical acceptance of an infusionary event. Some people are born to have this experience and others receive it differently. No worries. We can all open to the Kundalini but we must understand that we will have similar and unique responses. The Kundalini potential is inside everyone. - © chrism 2007 Micro blockages and hyper stimulation Category: Life Many of the body physical systems will hyper stimulate during the Kundalini infusion. Including the ears with an extra development of wax and or sweat. A gentle cotton swab is what I have used for this. A drying of the inside of the nose can also occur as much breathing is directed through the nasal membranes causing a crusty dryness inside and this can irritate as well. The numbing of the lip and the convulsions of the center upper and lower lips (micro chara stimulation). The sore point that can develop 1/8 of an inch or 2 centimeters inside the upper lip of the nostrils on either side. These are the end points of the Ida and Pingalla which is the mechanism for Kundalini awakening through special breathing processes. Hyper stimulation of the tear ducts. Indigestion, crackling of the spinal column. Sharp pin point pains in the joints such as elbow wrist, knees, ankle, fingers, and shoulders. It can sometimes feel like arthritis but it is the Kundalini. The dry skin that can become present around the rectum as well as dermatitis type symptoms in that area (keep it clean). Kundalini can cause a release of much toxin build up in the body so keep the rectum clean as much as possible. The plates of the skull can be shifting places or moving under the skin -this can be alarming but is normal. No MD needed. Be active and move the energy. Surrender to it and give it full access to move around the body. Much of these pains are natural to the infusion. Many of them can be softened by committing " self less service " for another in a love based consistent fashion. Yoga will also help to free the joints of these particular sensations of micro blocked energy.
