Guest guest
In the middle of the night I woke up shuddering. It was like being outside in 20 degree weather in your undies, except I wasn't cold, just tremoring inside. It was not painful, but I panicked a little at first (being woken from a sound sleep) and it got much stronger almost to the point of pain. When I became more cognizant and realized it was probably K related, I relaxed and just let it go. I fell back to sleep before it stopped. Guest guest
Sarita, i went through this also a couple of weeks ago when i was in Oregon. I was at a friends home...and was shuddering so hard that she wanted to take me to the hospital. I told her I just needed to take a hot bath and bundle up and relax. i didn't know what was causing it until now...but the bath and the relaxation allowed it to pass smoothly. Guest guest
Yes these are more of a response to the feminine aspect of the infusion. She can be so, so, so, cold! It will make you shake and shiver! And then there is the aspect of both phenomena happening together. The kriyas and the cold. So no worries. Keep the tongue up, eyes up, fingers locked and surrender any control completely. - blessings and sacred shaking to you both - chrism
