Guest guest
Yesterday, I did that thing you recommended, Chrism, where you sit very straight on the front edge of a chair so the natural spinal curve is allowed, and I pulled in my diaphram toward my spine and turned my closed eyes way up in the direction of my brow chakra (the 'brow of points' I think it's called?), and I saw lots of golden white sparks behind my closed eyelids...it left me sort of dizzy afterwards. Is this a sign of the K energy in me? Thanks, Claudia ______________________________\ ____Luggage? GPS? Comic books? Guest guest
Claudia, I am no expert on the matter, but it sounds like to me you had some K activity! Wonderful to hear! Yippee! You seem to be progressing! I have pleased to hear of your progress. Guest guest
Thanks, Kat! I sure hope so! I really want confirmation from the Big Kahuna to make it 'real'! As for your dream, I agree with Sel...it is just a dream, a dream of what you likely fear most: losing your soul mate. Try to let it go and not invest energy in the fear. Guest guest
Hello Katherine, Yes what you describe Katharine, that is more of a lit up pineal gland. Which is a sign of Kundalini infusion. What I am referring to doesnt require you to perform the " eye lock " or to look up and in. This occurs with the normal visual mode but is super imposed upon by the Kundalini appearing as very large and graceful and brilliant golden white sparks that will slowly or rapidly move through and around your visual field as you turn or gently twist the spine. " Gently! " Like sitting on a chair, facing forward and looking over either shoulder or both one after another. That is all it takes! This is what I am referring to - blessings Katherine - chrism
Guest guest
Hello, Chrism, It was I who asked this question, not Katherine. I was referring to post #12232, in which you said the following: ~~~~~~~~~~~~ At the end of a chair sit with the spine straight and allow the natural spinal curvature to be intact. Between the base of the neck and the height of the trochanters of the hips one can adjust the K flow by bringing in the muscles of the diaphragm up and inward, by tucking them gently under the rib cage. This is an easy movement. Not much effort required. The K active person will feel the spinal channels widen as this occurs. Now look to the brow of points between the eyes above the nasal bridge one inch. Many K folk see a light shining here. Stare at it. The flow will respond as the pineal network takes this clue and opens the cranial lotus points to respond to this increased flow which will then manifest as Bliss as it enters the Lotus spreading the Kundalini across the meridians and points. ~~~~~~~~ So, I was supposed to see a light, not golden white sparks. However, the sparks that I saw because I was looking up to the brow of points in an 'eye lock' were evidently due to a lit up pineal gland, which is a sign of K infusion, so that is a good thing! I'm glad to see some sign of K infusion! Love, Claudia --- chrism <> wrote: > Hello Katherine, > Yes what you describe Katharine, > that is more of a > lit up pineal gland.
