Guest guest
Hi Terri! It can indeed be due to the Kundalini. I remember needing 9-10 hours of sleep at the beginning and then changing where I only needed 6-7. Just try to follow your body's requirements and make allowances for this. The fatigue won't last forever! Guest guest
Hello Terri, As you have just begun your practice I would not start to connect this to the Kundalini. There are reports of " Chronic Fatigue Syndrome " in connection with the Kundalini. These are times for the energetic manipulations that will occur in almost every awakening. This is when the Kundalini will cause you to just want to sleep and it is best to just do this as changes inside you are being made that can only be done as you sleep. These are typically not permanent but can last for a few weeks. Watch your intake of caffeine or these " new " energy drinks like " Red Bull " and the other similarly constructed revitalizing beverages. These can artificially wake you up but you pay a price in the pancreas and the endocrine system malfunctions. Which is where the Kundalini is making serious changes. If you have been somewhat " not as active " before you started the practice this can also have an effect upon your activity levels so be gentle and do not try and over do the practice in order to gain phenomena. Not saying you are just a " heads up " in that regards - , " terri6182000 " <terri6182000 wrote: > > Lately I have been so tired that I just can not function. After work I > come home and take a nap. When its time to wake up I just dont have the > energy to do it.I was planning to go out last night but I could not > wake up.Is this K related me being so tired.I did just start my > Tibetans this week. This is not normal for me to be this tired > everyday.I will take any suggestions from the group. > By the way welcome to all the new comers peace and blessings. > terri >
