1. sit so that you can press the hhel of one feet agaslowly in outward

circular motions inst the opening of your vagina .You will want a

fairly steady and firm pressure against the clitoris .If it is not

possible to manage with a foot use something like a ball .

2.Rub your hands together vigorously .

3.Place you hands on your breasts so that you feel the heat from your

hands ...fingers spead and towards centre ...covering nipples.

4.Rub your breasts slowly in outward circular motions ..one will be

clockwis and other counter clockwise .

5. Do this for min of 36 max of 360.Less than this necessary later im

told .

6. This exercise may suspend a period so a woman should judge when to

do this.
