Begin your preparations by becoming familiar with the forgivness and

gratitude and tolerance. In tandem with your introductive five Tibetan

repititions, please no more than six to begin with. If you feel this

is a smooth and natural practice to begin then add in the forgiveness

recapitulations. Writing them down and do these for nine days

straight. - blessings - and if you have any questions please introduce

yourself and ask! -
