More important is to be complete in your process and unfettered by fears. We are here now and communicating so yes do the files but not the anxiety. Your work provides the ability for you to engage in the process so do it well. Your Kundalini is there within you, and with the guidance in these files and your own divine connection you will be fine. So please go slow and easy and take it one step at a time. You must know by now that rushing the Kundalini will only cause you to experience pain and confusion and problems from the astral. So go slow and be thorough. Do the forgiveness's and gratitude's and be tolerant of others. Work on your releasing of the fear from your life. Do kind and good service for others as an act of second nature. These are the qualities that our Kundalini will respond well to. These qualities are also what this world needs to experience more of.
