Extremly tired/maybe

Maybe the K is just trying to tell you u really need this kind of rest.

Maybe work on some sort of balance or barrow some energy from the earth

but i'm not sure what the full beliefs are of the K.

I honestly have one of those dangerous gifts where i can take energy

from others without realizing it. Vampirism.... My husband has it too

which sucks cause he doesn't realize sometimes he's draining me and

i'll be half asleep and i end up feeling so weak cause i didn't block

him. If you believe in that sort of thing. I also have a thing with

water. When i take a shower i use the water to cleanse me spiritually

kinda wash away my sadness and allow me to recharge. I don't do it ofen

because i have to kinda meditate in the shower standing up in order to

do it and with kids coming in and out and husband i just can never

focus...lol I like to try all different kinds of things but it's hard

to focus i have a short attention span and little patience... and NO

privacy ever....

Thanks for the info will definitly try the water

thing.Maybe I'll try the park also.Will borrow some
