Guest guest
Namaste' Everyone, I have not been feeling up to par lately. I've been experiencing lots of pressure in the head area and tingling on top of the head right in the center. Flashes of white light in my peripheral vison causing me to blink more often than usual. Reading has become challenging due to that. I took a walk out in nature yesterday and walked barefoot-- something I never do--it felt great. I communded with earth and nature. I also leaned up against a tree and petted by beloved pet chihuahua for over an hour. When I returned k had settled down but still noticable. I do have a question for Chris if I may...how often does one receive shaktipat. I was given shaktipat by you Chris this time last year. Should I be looking for a booster? or no. Also, to the new members a warm " WELCOME! " . Thanks to Glen O for the email service. Wonderful seva. Guest guest
Hello Denny, Please begin, if you havent already, to commune with your higher self or God as you see God to be. Open a real time subvocal communication. Good job going bare foot and keep this up especially in nature! You also may decrease your five Tibetans but keep up the emotional balancing i.e. the forgiving and the gratitudes and the tolerance etc. Please begin to open more of your heart i.e. compassion and hope and helpfulness. Use your activation in these areas constantly as this will set the pattern for your awakening. No need for another Shaktipat unless you feel the inner urge for one - blessings Denny - chrism , " Denny " <dennynorton wrote: > > Namaste' Everyone, > > I have not been feeling up to par lately.
