Spirit wanted to lead me to this group, so a few weeks ago,on another

group,Sarita suggested I join this because of what was happening me, I

forgot about it and didnt join,then Adina wrote to me off list and

also suggested I join, so this time I listened.

I had been going through a rather fed up stage and wasnt bothered

reading or writing anything with my groups,however,since joining this

one i feel a whole lot better and want to take this chance to thank,

Sarita, Adina and Spirit.

So glad you joined us Karen! When spirit wants you somewhere, it flags

you down. It is a shame when someone ignores the call. Thankfully you
