Personal Energy explosion today TOM

Hee hee, your makingme laugh, i can certainly relate to the " oohhh "

part,LOL

I was on a mediumship course in early march over in the UK,we had to

be all serious, were doing trance meditation,hee hee, the energy

poured over me to the point where i couldnt sit easy on the chair

but had to concentrate hard to stay there,anyway,when we were done

and i went out to phone home to Dublin, every time i touched a

number on the keypad of my phone all i could do was say oohhh,oohhh,

i was full of love and happiness,eventually i asked my friend for

the keys to his car i was so overwhelmed, i sat in his car for ages

listening to some nice music.

And the oohhhs havent stopped yet.

I will try directing the sensations all around,tonight when i do my

med i will give it a go.
