The strangest thing

Earlier on today i spent a lot of time reading on this group and

posting lots of questions ect,my enery was high and wild, but my

computor then decided to close itself don and i lost my internet

connection for hours,up until a few mins ago, i did use the time apart

from the internet to meditate,i usually meditate every night when the

kids are asleep,but tonight i was not going to as i wanted to read on

the forum and post too, funny how spirit intervenes if your going to

neglect your duties, I am being thought discipline at this time. I

used the tongue,eye and finger locks tonight for the fisr time, i felt

it took a little longer to drift off, i did get electricity running

through my fingers and arms. I have to adjust to this new way of

meditation.
