When I received shaktipat over a year ago--I can not recall having anything change within me. I think that because due to health reasons I quit and I did not focus on K and simply ignored it altogether that K returned to its home place. There is no question in my mind that my K is active today as I feel the tingling, the heat especially in the spine area, the feezing cold, the color of blue--sometimes bright green-- and a lot of white. Fuzzy feelings-almost like being disoriented, lots of electrical energy also. Just to name a few, but I am sure you have heard of more than these. So if you don't mind can you included me on the shakitpat list. Thanks a million, Chris!
