Guest guest
I remember you saying something about possible spine cracking. I have had some cracks similar to cracking neck or knuckles in my spine when I move certain ways. These aren't jerky movements, just natural ones with gentle snaps. Wondering if this is what you were referring to. Also, I have noticed that my dream interpretation skills are really hard to access lately. Is this related to the K and will it last long? Part of my service is dream work and I am concerned about this latest development. Thanks! Sarita
Guest guest
Yes for a time your normal access points will be fuzzy but no it isnt permanent just while the changes are in process. Spine cracking is dramatic sometimes and can make you wonder WTF? was that! No worries, typically it is a " channel widening " that is happening. An inside to outside force of energetic realignment.- blessings Sarita! - chrism , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > I remember you saying something about possible spine cracking. Guest guest
Sarita, glad you posted that as this has been happening me too, seems when i breath in deep something goes crack, in the same place, when i relax in meditation it stops, i was going to see a doctor as my lower back is very sore too,and when i put my head backwards thats sore too, there is no reason for it to be sore as i dont do anything that would strain it, i think now i will just relax with it, do my tibetan stuff and see how i get on. Guest guest
I must be widening like there's no tomorrow because i'm cracking from every joint. ;-) I must say that i started working out a month ago, continued my yoga and started kung fu heheh. My body's adjusting to what i ask from it. Exercising is an addictive drug :-) Danny , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Yes for a time your normal access points will be fuzzy but no it > isnt permanent just while the changes are in process.
