I have been doing chakra healing meditations and sometimes when I am finished

and go to turn my head I have loud crackling sounds and sensations in my head,

neck, and upper back, is that the same as you described to Sarita?

Yes for a time your normal access points will be fuzzy but no it

isnt permanent just while the changes are in process. Spine cracking

is dramatic sometimes and can make you wonder WTF? was that! No

worries, typically it is a " channel widening " that is happening. An

inside to outside force of energetic realignment. - blessings
