Hello group,

 

I haven't been posting for a while now but i haven't miss any of your

posts, was happy to read about the progress of some, sad with the painful

ordeals of others, and mostly i am glad that the discord was just a summer

cloud, A warm welcome to all the new members, i am sure you will be soon touched

by the good vibes and energy that makes this group a unique one.

I am writing to share with you some of the symptoms i have been feeling

for the last week or so.

Like Tara I had this burning feeling in my feet but not as intense as hers

though, my feet felt so hot i had to walk barefoot to cool them a bit, then

later this heat was extended upwards to include my legs and the palms of my

hands, it stayed this way till i fell asleep later that night, and till now i

still feel these waves of heat in my feet and/or palms.

Plus i've been seeing these things " dots like or moving something " in my

periferal vision and i have this tingling sensation " helmet " everytime i shift

my attention to the head area, and for the second time. few days ago, i felt a

movement in my tail bone that went up till the sacral chakra.

Tried to make my post the shortest possible, hope din't bore anyone ;-)

Hi dear,

I just read your post, and felt gladness as I normally do, when I can

identify so well with someone. With regards to the heat you've been feeling, I

read in the safeties that if you cover your right nostril and breathe through

the left, you will cool down. I tried it, and it does work. It didn't feel as

though such a simple technique could cool such a hot heat, but it sure did! Of

course, knowing me..I didn't think of it as it was happening, I didn't really

know what was going on yet. When I got the energy rush and when I began to feel

that heat, I was so happy to have Kundalini, that I care about how awkward the

heat felt, I just wanted to feel Kundalini. He,he!..Silly me, but I really was

so excited. If you haven't tried that yet, try it..you'll be glad you did!
