Guide Intro

It's good to read all of your posts. I have returned from the beach, very lovely

to listen to the ocean waves and the birds singing. I woke up a few times at 5am

to meet the sunrise and to practice a little Sun Yoga. It was intoxicating to

stare into the Sun just as it was rising. It wasn't bright to me, and it felt as

if it was bleeding into my being. I sat in the cool sand breathing in fresh

morning air meditating as long as I could manage it.

A friendly crab popped up from under the sand to welcome me, not sure if his

claw clamping was a sign of a welcome or get out ;-)

I was able to take advantage of an observation deck (three stories up) on the

beach house. It over looked the ocean and it felt overwhelming to be on top so

high, it looked as if I could touch the stars above.

I stared into the full moon last week, breathing in its power and offering my

energy/vibration to the Earth and universe. It's difficult to explain what had

traversed, but I know I was filled with an energy that triggered a stirring

along my spine, sending massive goosebumps all over my body. I felt as if I was

a loaded gun ready to fire out more energy from my body. I will add here that I

witnesses three moving 'stars' in the sky. I smiled as I watched these faint

glows of light move slowly across the sky and dissappear. I chuckled knowing

there was an understanding within me and that we are all connected in a web of

light. Meaning, everyone is here for one another. We don't walk alone, we don't

stand alone and we don't exist alone.

That night I tossed and turned, not in discomfort, but from the high vibrations

from the sound of the waves and the full moon. I dreamt and heard my guides

voices in my ear. If I am to 'hear' them, then I am to be silent and allow to

hear them. There was a disconnect from my body, perhaps a minor obe while I

heard the voice explain to me who they were. They told me their names and their

places/title. They represented my guides, each designated to a certain location,

one to the North, one to the South, East and West. I can not recall their names,

but I'm quite certain that my inner being remembers them.

I will post the sunrise pictures and Mr. Crab on the site this week.

moment and I felt you speaking my language. I felt like you were me
