Guest guest
Dear Chrism, I don't know if you read my post Saturday morning when I described how I went out into the cool morning rain and enjoyed a moment of pure joy and bliss...I stood there with my head dropped way back and let the rain fall on my face until I was cold then I went back inside. (It was the first good rain we've had here in months, worth celebrating!) Well, Sunday morning I woke up with bad pain just below my neck in my upper-middle back. It is still very bad today. Do you think the pain was caused by what I did Saturday morning, or do you think it is kundalini making adjustments on that area of the spine? Thanks, Claudia ______________________________\ ____ Got a little couch potato? Guest guest
Please have a massage to that area going in slow deep circular clock wise movements, use an oil like virgen olive oil as a lubricant. Kundalini can come up, and if the body isnt ready, in certain areas pain will be experienced. Please try to do some more yoga (hatha) in your life to help the body adjust to this powerful force. - blessings Claudia yes I did read your post - chrism
Guest guest
Hi Claudia, I've had this sort of pain also for just over a week now, but mine is more on the left side. It sometimes extends up into that side of my neck and also down my left arm when it's at its worst. I've tried exercising, not exercising, going about my day, but nothing seems to relieve it. So it'll run its course I guess! Just wanted to say that I can relate to what you're feeling... love & light ~Jen~ , Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: > > Well, Sunday morning I woke up with bad pain just > below my neck in my upper-middle back.
