Very good thought, Elektra...very logical. You know,

I never was much of a sweets lover...I never ate

dessert anyway because I'd rather fill up on the main

course! However,,,,I do LOVE chocolate, and my hubby

was real bad (a misnomer) about ordering a box of

See's truffles and both of us would have one after

dinner every night until they were gone!! I DO miss

the See's very much!! And ice cream used to be a

favorite of mine...but honestly, if I ate sweets all

the time I'd be bigger than I want to be. I had a

2-year period in my life (early 20s) when I was 45

lbs. overweight (I ate sweets constantly then) and,

once I lost that, I completely changed my relationship

with food, especially sweets, and I've never gained it

back. In fact, since I declared my commitment to my K

awakening April 4th, I've lost 12 lbs! That's just

from eliminating processed sugar, caffeine, alcohol,

and diet drinks, I guess!

In the dream, I resisted the sweets for a while, then

I lost it and was running around trying to eat

them...funny thing is that although I grabbed at a

bunch of sweets, all I actually ate was 2 thimbles of

ice cream!!!! LOL!! Perhaps that means that even

though I might be tempted, my resolve and my

commitment to the K are so strong that I will not

succumb (I mean, what's 2 thimbles of ice cream

anyway?!). I like to think so.

Thank you for your astute comment on my dream, dear

Elektra!

Love,

Claudia
