Guest guest
Hi all, I have been away from my computor for a little while as i seem to be going through a lot of up and down moods, have really sore eyes too. I was doing the safeties and going through the forgiveness part, it has thrown up a lot of issues for me and i allowed myself to sink with some of it rather than letting it go....hence,staying off line for a wee while as i just couldnt bring myself to try and help anyone else, wallowed in my own self pity ect. Is this normal? Also, it is a regular thing that you fall out of love with partners ect and seem to get really mixed up with all new relationships when they are with males, what i mean is, i have met this man whom i really like and im all mixed up over my partner now and this other man has made me think i dont feel as much as i should for my partner,i have felt " off " with my partner for ages now and this is a spanner in the works. im finding the k energy is forcing me to look at whats not right,is this normal too? im so confused now, suppose deep down ive know how i feel about certain things but didnt want to face them now i have too. Guest guest
Sorry you are down in the dumps Karen. I do think this is a very normal part of the K awakening though. I know that I have been through some ups, downs and downright bitchiness at times. It is all part of learning the forgiveness, recapitulation and transforming into a new being. We will not be the same when this is done as we were before it. To get there we need to " shed our skin " and grow a new one. As far as the relationship thing goes, I will leave that to others. I have not experienced any questions about my relationship, I consider it to be stronger than ever. That is not to say that others don't experience this. I would imagine that IF you are with the wrong person, the K will bring that front and center for you. Guest guest
Yes Karen it is normal if you decide to go back and re-visit the specific scenario in order to get a better degree of forgiveness with it. If this isn't the case then I do not suggest re-experience as it can have the allure of re-initiating the experience. So go there with the intention of forgiveness and release. Not just the reenactment of the memory in your present time. As far as the relationship issue. There is often a degree of selfishness when in the process of vying for the attention of a potential partner. Go with your heart without the influence of another and make any decisions based upon your own feelings. As opposed to those advice's from one who may have a potential investment in a change of your situation. Kundalini can bring up many issues in your emotional experience past and present so yes expect that and bediscerning in how you respond to those issues.- Just my take -

Guest guest
Hi Karen, Yep, this is certainly very normal, as says, it is a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I am married to a wonderful man who really is my best friend, and I even went through a period of questioning that. I didn't know if I even wanted to be married or in a relationship, the part of myself that had been empty when I met him was now full up , I felt singularly complete and so looked at my marriage. I also had another man around that I was very attracted to. A confusing time. Luckily I could talk it through with hubby and he told me what ever I wanted for my own happiness he wanted for me too. This was just a learning phase for me and I realised that with hubby is where I wanted to be. The other guy had just been a focus for my sacral chakra was going through something and his energy was stimulating it somewhat. Only you can know what is right for yourself, you must go within and you will find the answers. It is always an awkward time, but one that must be addressed by some. Guest guest
Hi Karen, I feel like I know what you're going through! Your post reminded me of a similar position I was in, which I thought I'd share with you... About 12 years ago, while doing a group shamanic journey meditation I got bored (never been into guided meditation ). So I decided to just do my usual " thing " and jump to a state of just being, while everybody else mentally went into a hole in a tree. Well, I didn't know much then about energy, and as their journey progressed this woman was beating a drum. The drumbeat at some point began to get faster and faster and I could feel something accelerating and then all of a sudden it was like I was struck by lightning and " I " became an enornous, bright sun. Afterwards, I wondered if it had been all in my head, or if there was some kind of reality to it. Two days later a man approached me asking me what had happened to me in that class. He'd been sitting about 20 feet infront of me and apparently kept turning around to see what was going on with me. He said the light was so bright that he couldn't concentrate on the meditation. This was the Divine answering my question and I then concluded that this energy is tangible and others can see it. (I'd had other experiences like that, but this was the strongest). Right after that experience, I returned home and my relationship became a disaster! Everything was exposed and I wanted to leave it. I thought I was in love with somebody else (somebody I'd only met briefly)and was an emotional wreck for months. Luckily, the person I'd " fallen " for lived thousands of miles away and I was able to get him out of my mind and out of the picture entirely so that I could confront my real issues with my husband. My heart had closed off to my husband though...so I thought I wanted to leave the marriage. Then we took in a stray cat whom we'd been feeding. I initially didn't want to take her in(heart was very closed and I knew that cat would bond me to my husband whom I thought I wantd to leave) but another cat had been killed in the alley behind our house, so I couldn't say no! I grew to love this cat, and she re=opened my heart. With my heart open, I could go back to my husband as though everything was new. Now it might sound like a happy ending with the hubby, but I did end up leaving my husband 8 years later. I feel the Divine sent me this cat and that the cat was somehow related to me staying with my husband. It was when this cat passed on that I felt an energy shift and shortly after that I left the relationship with my husband. It's as though the Divine wants you to work on certain things, and as soon as it's no longer necessary in your life, the energy shifts and you then shift as a result. I experience a relationship like this now with the Divine and suppose I will until I fully surrender. Anyway, I can relate to your situation and can only advise you to focus on your husband, without any other 'distractions'. Then you will be giving it and him a fairer chance at recovering what brought you together in the first place. And if not, the Divine will always take care of you!! Much love, Jeannette , " Karen Pickering " <karen_pckrng wrote: > > > > Hi all, > I have been away from my computor for a little while as i seem to be > going through a lot of up and down moods, have really sore eyes too. > I was doing the safeties and going through the forgiveness part, it > has thrown up a lot of issues for me and i allowed myself to sink > with some of it rather than letting it go....hence,staying off line > for a wee while as i just couldnt bring myself to try and help > anyone else, wallowed in my own self pity ect. > Is this normal? > Also, it is a regular thing that you fall out of love with partners > ect and seem to get really mixed up with all new relationships when > they are with males, what i mean is, i have met this man whom i > really like and im all mixed up over my partner now and this other > man has made me think i dont feel as much as i should for my > partner,i have felt " off " with my partner for ages now and this is a > spanner in the works. > im finding the k energy is forcing me to look at whats not right,is > this normal too? > im so confused now, suppose deep down ive know how i feel about > certain things but didnt want to face them now i have too. > > Karen >

Guest guest
Hi Jeanette, the cat thing has recently happened me, a cat has befriended me and everytime im in my backyard he comes to me,even when i ignore him he insists on wrapping around me and staying there. the energy/meditation thing that happened you was great........when i was on a course last year we were all doing trance and like that i didnt want to listen to the guided part as it wasnt my cup of tea so i went into my own trance, unbeknownst to me i sat in it for over 90 mins, when i came to,the whole group had been watchin me and observing the energy levels wash over me,at one point i thought the group tutor was standing an inch away from me,she wasnt, i pushed my energy field out so far i felt them all,she was on the other end of the room , " yogbittar " <yogbittar wrote: > > Hi Karen, I feel like I know what you're going through!
