Guest guest
I believe the Shaktipat is like " charging my Kundalini batteries " . Since I don't have headaches, and feel reasonably sane... Please include me in your blessings, and I will do extra alternate nostril breathing as prescribed. I'll let you know if I have any untoward side effects! Guest guest
I am a little confused (as usual, lol). I am unable to do the tibetans (due to issues from my accident) and you told me not to do the compression breathing due to headaches. I seem to be progressing despite this and I am doing the forgiveness and service portion of the safeties. Is this sufficient or are there changes I need to make before the Shaktipat? Thanks! Guest guest
Is it acceptable to say the mantra in your mind or must it be spoken out loud? I was unsure of this and tried it both ways, but have trouble speaking the words while trying to breathe in and out the nostrils. Thanks!
