Can you describe what sort of flow this relates to please Chrism?

I've got a number of candidates going on (a full-body " sitting on a

fridge " effect, a base of skull to feet filtering during really good

passages of music, and a lower back glow that I'm more hesitant to

call flowy), but am uncertain which matter, or if they're consistent

enough to count. This breathing technique feels important, but my

sinuses rarely want me to continue past a handful of cycles...

Looking back a few years, the operation that messed them up in the

first place was suspiciously timed to cut short the only pranayama

course I've ever attended so I'm beginning to see a pattern here! Do

you have any thoughts on this?
