Hello Leslie,

This is dismemberment and it is a natural part of the

process. The " little ones " and the animals are there basically to

take you apart, and put you back together again. This is a natural

and common aspect of the experience and yes it can be scary but if

you understand this and surrender to it the fear is minimal as they

will begin to respond to things that you love to make this

transition easier i.e. Elvis or Panda bears etc. No pain is

involved typical but there is commonly fear and this can disguise

itself as pain.

The reasons for this are many as the Kundalini has reached a point

in you where the thoughts and emotions, and this includes fear and

love, need to be realigned. This is done and often the little ones

are seen doing it. This will happen again for you and I ask that you

just relax your fears and surrender completely.

Lie back on the bed, on your back, arms and hands slightly apart

away from your sides, legs spread out slightly (shoulders length or

more) and let them come. Surrender totally.

Having your legs pulled off or the arms pulled off the head detached

the heart pulled out torso, reproductive organs, it will all get

dismembered and then returned to you in a fashion the is (now) more

conducive to your Kundalini flow. No worries, and no pain, and this

is a real occurrence not a dream but it happens in a dream like

level of consciousness.

No worries Leslie go with this and surrender yourself and your body

completely. -
