Guest guest
Hello Eric! I'm sure will answer this for you, but I believe that the K has different demands upon your body at different times in your process. I know for myself, I went from needing 9-10 hours of sleep during the last Shaktipat to only needing 6-7 for a while. Recently, I am back to needing at least 8. I have had an increase in activity lately, lots going on, so that could be why. Guest guest
Hello Eric, Yes it can have fluctuations of energetic expression. Though you are at the beginning the body knows and the Kundalini knows that you are preparing for this endeavor. So take note that as the Kundalini has a spiral nature the inclination of ascent will be modulated by what is required for you inside the infusion. This will be gauged by what you bring to the table from other times and other actions. As far as sport performance goes, this will also fluctuate so be advised that life will take on a different rhythm. Sports activities will have definite enhancements and definite cycles of lower energies. Use these times to discern what the best activity for that day is to be. If you are in a " set " program of specific activity open yourself to " other " programs that can match the energetic output of that day. This will keep you from forcing energetic loads that the Kundalini is using for your nervous system upgrades. Always having " high " energy isn't always conducive to the Kundalini in the person. There also need to be " lows " and " plateaus " of energetic expression and you can expect that to be the case. - blessings - chrism
