Hello Katherine,

I too have a swollen knee (right knee) and it hurt a lot sometimes, it

feels tight and i can't bend my leg without feeling pain and when I walk it

hurts too, it's been like this for more than two weeks and it started without

any apparent reason, I guess it is one of the signs shared among the members of

this group :-)

I was wondering if you could tell me is it is possible that I may be

experiencing a blockage in my right knee. I woke up Thursday morning

with my right knee feeling sort of tight and by the days end it was

feeling swollen.

That is very interesting to know! I have come to figure out that mine is K

related because not only when I was leaving GA today did it start easing off,

but tonight when I was doing the " Earth, Air, Fire, Snow " mantra it started

feeling even better. Even though I still have a bit of swelling in the knew

area, I am starting to be able to move it more without as much tightness and

soreness. Earlier tonight I started having burning pain in the right leg and the

left one as well. Burning on the surface along with electrical sensations again.

How weird is that. I have been surrendering to Shakti and allowing the

experience to continue as long as needed to clear any blockage there might be.

It seems to be helping as well. Will keep you posted. Thanks for letting me know

of your experience. I hope it feels better soon. Let me know.
