Back out of alignment

Hey everyone!

I have a question about my back. For a couple of months now I have been

experiencing pretty constant pain in my back where the rib cage

seperates on the right side. My partner has taken a look at it and he

thinks it looks out of alignment. I try to stretch and practise good

posture and whatnot but the problem seems to be deeper than that and I

know it has got to be affecting how the K moves around! I am

apprehensive about going to a chiropractor (perhaps just because my dad

has a serious back injury and he had a bad experience with one) but I

was wondering if you guys had any suggestions about what to do, as I

don't think it is going to go away on its own, it is just getting worse

to the point where I sometimes have to take pain killers to work at my

studio/work around the house etc. Anything would be greatly appreciated.

(PS I laugh to think what will happen when my back is fixed and what

the K energy will do, as I think it has been stuck for some time now

because of this, I'll probably blow up lol!)

Lotsa love,

Kerry

Hello Kerri,

Deep clockwise massage given to you by your partner in

clockwise motions From the base of the spine to the area in pain and

then higher up into the shoulders. Use extra virgen olive oil. Have the

partner use their knuckles to press deep into the area of pain then

turning the wrist in a clockwise motion to spread this clot. Then with

fingers or palm of the hand to smooth the clockwise circles into larger

areas of skin to either side and up. Spiraling up. See if this is

helpful. - blessings - Kerri - chrism
