Seeing a red color, and black dots..through closed eyes?

Does anyone know what this is?

I was on my lunch break at work the other day.

I suddenly felt the need to sit alone and meditate, and so I did.

I had a feeling like I needed to feel the earth under me as I did that, but I

only had 14 minutes left, and our break room is located on the third floor, so

there just wasn't enough time to get outside and do that. Sometimes I really

wish these feelings would come to me in a timely manner. lol Alas, I have

understanding enough to realize it will be..eventually, it will be..but after

much 'oneness' with mother earth. Then I will feel more and more connected,

and receive my intuition in a more timely manner, because it will be better

trained by then.

Anyway, When I closed my eyes and began to feel spacey (that peaceful euphoric

feeling I get when I am able to let go), I saw (through my closed eyes) a red

color and black dots that kind of looked like lots of little eyes. Does that

make sense to anyone?

I'm trying to think of whether that was after my 'prayer breathing' or not.

Yes it would have been more understandable for you if you would have

gone outside. As you were not able to do so the red color of the

first is pretty much what you can pull from that experience. Red

wanting to connect with the earth. A natural and normal response. -

I always see red when I close my eyes, Tara. I can be anywhere, inside,

outside or just about anywhere. It hasn't always been this way. I read

somewhere that it has something to do with the third eye.

The tint of the red, kind of reminds me of a heat seeking light, or infrared.
