Pains in through my back

Hi Karen! Don't fret about what you " contribute " . Your wonderful

energy contributes plenty. And remember, we are all at different

stages and can benefit each other at different levels. Maybe your

struggles help someone new see that we all go through this. I know

when I started, reading others' stories really helped me a lot.

 

As far as the pains go, I think I had something similar. It started

with sudden sharp pains on my left side right under my bottom rib.

It would jab me several times a day. That led to pain that comes and

goes, feels like pulled muscle. I did nothing to prompt this that I

am aware of. Hope you figure yours out, I'm still working on mine!
