Hi, Chrism!! Actually, you said this in the opening

paragraph of message #12799, cut and pasted below:

~~~~~~~~
Some reasons why the Shaktipat is now only offerred on
the Soltice
and the Equinox. The bathing and the bonfires and the
honoring of the
Divine Female and the Divine Male would be most
appropriate during
the seven days of the Shaktipat if you canfind a clean
river or lake
or creek
or the Ocean or your swimming pool. Anyway you can
work it out for
your experience. This
isnt required just helpful. The Shaktipat is as a
merging of many
opposites including the past and present by awakening
the Kundalini
flow in a person. By doing these ancient rituals we
are joining past
and present. Honoring those that sleep in our DNA. -
So, if this is still valid advice, lol, I will plan to
get in the ocean every day during Shaktipat!!
Also, you didn't answer my question about the chakra
breathing...Is the chakra breathing something we
should do daily? And is the purpose to activate our
chakras?
Thank you, Chrism!
Blessings & love,
Claudia
Yes I do remember this! This was written with regard to the ancient
pagan ceremonies of the summer solstice. My apologies! Yes so go for
this if it is calling to you. The bonfires, the dancing, that is
alright as well but the water is more important.imho. I like the
baptismal aspect of it for the Shaktipat though, 3 or 9 pours with the
prayer being said three times. -
