My Kundalini Weekend

First off I wanted to let everyone know that while I have not ben

around in a while I miss you all, and hopefully I will get more tme

shortly as I seek better employment. Also I have the good fortune of

being given a shamanic apprenticeship, so that is going well too.

Friday afternoon I started feeling a bit nauseous around 3:00 or so my

time and I thought nothing of it, but by about 6 or 7 I was engulfed

in energy all over and I felt like I was on fire, and my stomach

responded in such a way that it felt like it would literally explode,

like a volcanic rock was there. I knew it felt like the last time

Kundaini energy moved through me, but even more intense. Strange thing

is it is almost as if the bulk of the energy came from the sacral

chakra. Since the surge last time felt like it ended around the

sacral/heart chakra area and stopped there I figured it just went back

to the root chakra and I admit I was disappointed. Now it seems like

that was not the case. I could of course be wrong on that, but either

way my solar plexus chakra was blown wide open. I guess at this rate

it will conquer the heart chakra next. Still I am just enjoying this

wonderful feeling, and opening myself up to the bliss, knowing that

even with the issues I have to face that I am where I need to be and

that all will be well ultimately.

too. I had one of those roller coaster days today, the ol'

turbocharged rocket powered Kundalini express. I started out

strangely depressed today, and I felt like I was awash in garbage.

Strange thing about that was that I felt like a petulant child

inside, like, " I want xxx!!! I want yyy!!! and I want it now!!! "

when what I really could use right now the most are some zzzz's.

I honestly wondered if ego was taking over, if because the solar

plexus chakra was the one being K activated if ego was making

a " last stand " of sorts. Fortunately I had a lot of help from my

guides and the angels, and at least one master. They helped calm me

down despite it being a super stressful day workwise. About an hour

before I was supposed to leave work today I took my last break, and

was led to go outside. I was told to look at my left arm, which I

did. I noticed that my skin was highly reflective, and felt very

youthful. I realized that the K was/is working on my skin all over,

and I see a difference in my complexion that I never saw before. I

have excema fairly bad at times, though I have not been flaking

nearly as much, and on my arms and hands that flaking is virtually

gone. Those were big problem areas. I was then told my right arm was

getting there but due to energy blockages still there (though

dissapating as I am doing some energy excercizes that are helping

quite a bit, and I have no doubt the K is a major push there too)

that arm was not as reflective looking as the left arm. I also

notice that my face is becoming like that. I know that the K

activates DNA and heals physically and mentally at the same time it

heals us spiritually. It is just so awesome to see the physical

ramifications of it. The last time the K ran it was not like it is

now. But then, if I am correct, while I felt a ton of energy and

burining through my legs and just below the navel, I also felt some

go as far up as the heart chakra, with minute amounts going to the

third eye and crown. I could feel energy like never before but it

faded within just a couple of days, by the time a week went by it

felt like it was before, but this time I actually feel that energy

all around me, invigorating me and activating me. It is incredible,

and while I have not felt a " major surge " , I also realize now that

the bulk of the energy went to the sacral chakra and hung there

until blockages there were taken care of, and then they trickled

into the solar plexus chakra until they built up enough momentum to

punch through. I know this is long winded but I am very excited

about the changes I am experiencing. I suppose the heart chakra is

next. What does puzzle me though is, since K likes to move, how long

does it try to punch through a blockage before giving up? or does it

ever truly give up? The reason for me asking is that I am wondering

if it is normal for K to take its time in a chakra or not. From what

I have found on the web so far is that it can take varying times for

the K to go through a chakra depending on blockages etc. But how

long it normally takes, if there is any " normalcy " , to go through

all seven chakras on average, that I am not finding much info on.

It never stops but will fluctuate in its strength of presence as you

are able to move into the surrenderring of what blockage it is working

on. So Practice the safeties. -
