Kundalini Poetry

Kundalini

She checks to see if I'm ready...

She's beautiful in her impatience.

I'm busy demonstrating with my hands-

Outlining her movements,

describing her to her latest audience.

I have to involve much more of me to describe her completely-

the bursts of playfulness,

the subtle wonder of how she wakes up in the morning.

And there's so much she wants to learn.

She knows I want to teach her, but says she already knows the way.

She keeps asking if I'm ready...

How can I resist?

I hold her hand as we climb the stairs.

Tara and Kat, so glad you enjoyed it. It spoke to me

so I wanted to share it. Soon we'll be writing our own

Kundalini poetry (some may already be doing it)! Hug.

Love, dhyana
