Guest guest
The Kundalini amplifies everything, including anger. I have had some short fuse issues myself since this started. One of them happened this morning as I was leaving for work. My husband left my daughter's big wheel outside and it rained. When I saw that the stickers were peeling off, I just lost it. I opened the back door and yelled at him that it shouldn't have been left outside and tossed it into the kitchen, lol. I was mortified after I got in my car and called to apologize. My husband just laughed. HE thought it was funny. Guest guest
I " SO " know what you mean! For about a month, I've had bursts of horrible anger at silly things, things that I wouldn't have reacted to normally. And what scares me is the depths from which it comes and it seems bottomless and the more that comes out the more intense it gets, like if I let it go till it ran out, I'd just combust on the spot or the person it's aimed at would. I feel shame when I look back at the situation. It's usually out of all proportion. I'm only able to keep it to a dull roar but it doesn't seem right to let this out on the person who triggered it in me. I'm sure hoping this is a passing phase. I don't like this monster that's showing it's face through me. Luckily, it hasn't surfaced for a few days now. I'd like to banish it forever! Guest guest
Do any of you use essential oils. I bought one called Rose Otto (in jojoba oil) It is used to help stablize the emotions. With this one I bought it is ready to use, just dap on the face and come out smelling like a rose. Hehe! It also says it good for clearing the complexion so you will come out looking like a rose, too! LOL! I love essential oils and use them a lot. blessings & love CC , " vjvousden " <vjvousden wrote: > > I " SO " know what you mean! Guest guest
Karen, Sorry to hear about the anger. I've been going through the same thing myself. I didn't realize it was a part of the process, since I'm fairly new here and still have much to learn. What has seemd to work for me is I don't release my anger verbally, but I let all the pent up anger flood through me mentally. I don't try to suppress it, just let it run it's course. I find if I don't fight it, I'm actually extremely calm afterwards and haven't let my emotions get me into a situation where I've said something I wish I could take back. Guest guest
That sounds like a great way to handle it John! I have been doing a similar thing when I can keep my big Italian mouth shut, lol. Throwing the big wheel in the kitchen door this morning was not my most shining moment...*snicker* Sarita , John <darkduelist wrote: > > Karen, > > Sorry to hear about the anger. Guest guest
Karen, No need for thanks. I'm just thankful for yourself and everyone else in this group. Especially Chrism for setting it up. It's good have somewhere to talk of some of the things going on. John Colanzi ______________________________\ ____ Expecting? Get great news right away with email Auto-Check. Guest guest
Hi Valerie Thank you for letting me in,Im very grateful for everyones response, its good to know its a normal reaction and not me being a totally not nice person as the anger upsets me quite a lot and i know its not me,just a learned pattern of behaviour which gives me a good excuse not to deal with the real issue. I know we can all work through this stage as we are fully aware of it and not in denial. love Karen , " vjvousden " <vjvousden wrote: > > I " SO " know what you mean!
