Guest guest
I recommend all of his books as I have read almost every one of them as part of my journey. He is very much against activation of the Kundalini and only mentions it briefly in one book. His reasoning was that it was dangerous and there were not many, if any, guidance systems for its safe awakening in the west. That was then in the 60's. As far as the 5 Tibetans teach your boys how to do all the Tibetans. They will love the spinning and it will do them no harm. The third and the fourth Tibetan require that you go slowly. And remember do as many as you can inside the 21 repetitions but not so many that you cannot do the rest or that you injure yourself. I would rather have you do three of one rite if it is difficult this early in the practice for you. Or skip it completely. It isn't a race lol it is a process. Gradually build it up to the twenty-one reps, not instantly! - blessings and a good question Rodney, - chrism
