Guest guest
I have not been able to do the 4th Tibetans the correct way so I have been doing it the alternate way. From the following site you can find how to do the alternate version. Even as a child I was not very good at doing a backbend from the laying down position, but I can do a perfect one standing up. My grandson can't do that one either. LOL! http://www.mkprojects.com/pf_TibetanRites.htm Hope this helps, Rod. Guest guest
It is difficult CC at first! I am just now able to do it right! At least I think I am doing it right! LOL! Anyway, while you are doing the alternate keep trying to do the real thing. ONE day you might surprise yourself like I surprised myself. I have confidence that you will be able to do it. Also ask Shakti to help you out! She very well may! I wish you success my dear friend! Love, Kat crazycats711 <crazycats711 Wednesday, June 13, 2007 5:54:41 PM Re: T. Guest guest
Thank you, Katherine for the encouragement. I have been trying ever so often to do it the correct way. There is some kind of nerve thing with my right arm after having that surgery and it hurt to turn my arm up that way. LOL! I think my arms are a wee bit too short or something, I just can't get it to work. I will ask Shakti to help. blessing/love CC , Katherine Miller <katsam19 wrote: > > It is difficult CC at first! Guest guest
If it bothers your arm, I wouldn't do it unless I talked with first! I would probably just stick to the alternate way until then. As for the arms being too short, I know what you mean, that is how I felt. Hee, hee! Still talk to Shakti though, you never know what she has in store for you. Congratulations by the way on your joining us in the scatterfield. I am happy for you and proud of you as well. Love, Kat crazycats711 <crazycats711 Friday, June 15, 2007 12:54:33 AM Re: T.
