Guest guest
Hello Karen, I know it is difficult to find time with the small ones there but try and find a time when you can do the full spectrum of the meditation. The " Huing " is important. Any kind of inhibition must be released and this includes that of having to be quiet. Dont go half way or make modifications to this meditation. It needs to be done " As written " or it is best to skip it and do the chakra breathing in its place. If I go to you and sometimes without doing that yes I can feel where you are at and you are correct about the smoking - but one step at a time. There is a very big difference between wanting and having and a whole different set of rules are lived by after the " having " takes place. It can be too much at times so go slow and be complete in the practice. Every day and continue to move ahead! - blessings karen - chrism
