Guest guest
The first time I felt this today, I could of sworn I had just gotten bite on the knee by some insect. I smacked my knee to look to see what I would find. Nothing was there. A minute later, the same pinch happened. It felt as if I was being stung by a bee, it was topical (surface level). I stared at mt knee for a few minutes and sure enough, the exact area was affected, a sting-like sensation. I happened about a dozen times so far today. Now my lower back feels bruised. Argh. I will do some hatha yoga to stretch the area. Any thoughts?? Lisa ~It's starting up again...
Guest guest
Put the finger of your right hand, the index finger, directly upon the point of pain. Encourage the pain to return while doing this. If it does, with your finger pressing down, rub the skin and flesh deeply clockwise spreading it out. That should take care of this little blockage. -
