Chrism,

So because my leg isn't fully usable I can do the chakra breathing in place of

the compressed meditation? This evening I went out on the beach and walked. I

said the Lord's Prayer and I enjoyed the smell of the clean air! We just had a

hurricane status storm come through with flooded roads, sidewalks, yards. I

cleaned the dead limbs out of the Palm Trees and other trees as well! I lasted

for about 30 minutes! It charged the air! The lightening and thundering was the

worse! Hail was just terrible and the winds were in excess of about 50 to 60 mph

coming through. What makes is so bad is that we are on a island and we have the

ocean on one side and the rivers on the other. I when out on the beach to talk

to God and give Him thanks for the rain and thanks for keeping us all safe! I

talked to Shakti and gave thanks to her for being with me and allowing me to

experience the different things. I myself felt very charged when I left the

beach. I made a friend, a small sand crab!

What a beautiful and interesting creature. Anyway, let me know about the

meditation or breathing. Thanks Chrism.

Love,

Katherine

Dont go half way or make modifications to this meditation. It needs to

be done " As written " or it is best to skip it and do the chakra

breathing in its place.
