Guest guest
Wth the compression prayer and alternate nostril breathing. Lock both sides, the thumb tips and finger tips. The idea is to have a balanced flow. No one sided or crooked. Those can be very painful. (read Gopi Krishna) If you lose count go back to the beginning, thats what I would do. I would rather have you miscount than come into a painful unbalanced scenario. Remember this is a narrow path and the falls can be long and painful. With the safeties, please do not modify them. Practice them. If you have a question then ask me. I will do my best to help. -
Guest guest
How are we supposed to cover the nostrils? Just by pressing the hand against the nose? I have been doing it without locking fingers at all. I didn't realize I was supposed to during the breathing. Oops.
