Please lock both hands-Sarita

Like Tara, I use the third finger....when I'm

breathing through the right nostril, I press the third

finger of the left hand against the left nostril, then

switch to the third finger of the right hand when

pressing the right nostril.

 

Also, I believe we're supposed to keep the eyes up

during this exercise.
