Chrism,

 

Why is every thing done based on multiples of 3? I notice that every number you

give is a multiple of 3 and I was wondering what the significance was. Just

thought I would ask.

Like Tara, I use the third finger....when I'm

breathing through the right nostril, I press the third

finger of the left hand against the left nostril, then

switch to the third finger of the right hand when

pressing the right nostril.

 

Also, I believe we're supposed to keep the eyes up

during this exercise.
