Guest guest
About 2 months ago my mother who used to live with me until she retired bought me a ring for my birthday which is not going to be for awhile.I found it strange that she would buy me a birthday present months in advance but all she said was that she will not be coming down to NYC from upstate where she lives with my father until late fall.Last week halfway while I was at the Laundromat doing the laundry I noticed to my complete dismay or shock that the gemstone-a 2 1/2ct topaz was not there any more.I had it on my ring finger on my left side and I should mention that I have not worn any rings on that finger for a long time after the same thing happened to another ring but that gemstone was not real.It was strange that I felt no anger or anything but relief.I realized that I did not like that gemstone to begin with but what to do? I had another stone reset into the ring a light purple amethyst and I liked it much better.Everything was great until today when I went to do the laundry. What do you think happened?I was half a block from the laundromat when I looked at my ring and to my horror the gemstone was missing in action just like the other one !I said to myself " Whoa, deja vu,this can't be happening again! " I put the clothes to wash and quickly went to retrace my steps but no luck! There are only 2 blocks from my home to the Laundromat.I don't know what it is but i don't think I'm supossed to be wearinng anything on that finger, well that's my feeling on this.As for my mother, what do I tell her ?!I am not angry or anything but this is too weird! Any comments on this?1 Love,Nicole
Guest guest
You may not respond well to this, but I will give it a shot. In Vedic astrology each finger represents a planet. Usually a person is told to wear a certain gemstone on a certain finger for certain problems in their birth chart. Maybe the universe is saying these are the wrong stones, and this is the wrong finger. Just a thought. Guest guest
Nicole, that happened to me one time. I found that my emerald was missing from my anniversary ring. I searched the house on hands and knees for almost an hour. Finally, I sat down on the sofa with great sadness, about to resign myself to the fact that the emerald was gone forever. Then, there to my right, on the sofa beside me...was the emerald. So glad you found your gemstone! Guest guest
I lost my watch a couple of weeks ago. Just fell off my arm somewhere. LOL! I don't really miss it. I would be sad if something happened to my wedding rings, though. I guess i should take them off for now. Thanks chrism for warning us on this. What about my Q-link. Should I not be wearing that, either? Guest guest
Nicole, I have had an experience that I give something precious to a friend as a gift and within the week it's gone, flown away. I gave an angel to my friend anouska with a gem stone in it, lost it the first day, gave my moonstone necklace to my friend elise, she lost it the first week. I concluded that crystals absorb certain things from us and then fly away, they are serving us, taking something that needs to go. Perhaps this is what happened. Guest guest
An explanation was given to me on this before, heres how it goes, this was told to me by a wonderful spiritual teacher in the UK,he has proof of things been taken and given by spirit. He said that spirit comes and takes things from people and gives them to others who need them more, little or big things, an example being, another tutor told us she put a pack of christmas cards on her bed, left the room, came back 20 mins later and they had vanished, forever, gone, she believed the spirit world dematerialised and then materialised them to someone who needed them. My other tutor said he and a few other teachers were standing at a back door in the college one day, when out of nowhere, literally out of the sky came a ring, a ruby ring, right into his hands,he showed us the ring,it was given to him by the spirit world as proof to what he was teaching at that time, amazing. When i came home from this course, i was sitting and asking spirit world to prove this concept of removing objects to me, i had just came back from the shop, gotten a pack of sausages for my son, placed them in the fridge, had to move some brocolli out of the way, made a cup of tea and sat don in another room to have a chat with spirit, asking about this materialising subject and how could a spirit do this.....about 40 mins later i opened my fridge to cook the sausages......they were gone, gone gone, i could not believe my eyes, i searched everywhere, thinking perhaps i didnt buy them, but i knew i DID,i rang my partner he said i was mad, told me to check the reciept,so i did, yep, they were on it,i laughed hard then, and cursed a little, i kept the reciept and stuck it in my diary, with the story. It gets better, a few days later, a medium friend of mine emailed me,said he had a man come to him, claiming to be my grandfather,he was still laughing at what hed done on me over the sausages in the kitchen,LOL So hows that then???????? SPirit works in weird and wonderful ways, transporting things to those who need them more. hee hee Karen , Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: > > Nicole, > > I have had an experience that I give something > precious to a friend as a gift and within the week > it's gone, flown away. Guest guest
I had a similar experience a year or two ago. My wife lost her wedding ring in the bedroom. She knew it was over by the window where she dropped it. So we took everything out - books, bits and pieces, etc. When everything was out the ring wasn't there. She prayed to Saint Anthony to find it - the patron saint of lost things, don't laugh. And when I went back to the window, the ring was sitting neatly on top of the small pile of books I had just put back there. There was no way it could have fallen naturally there or been there all along. Tom... , Claudia Lambright <newtfoodbowl wrote: > > Nicole, that happened to me one time.
