Please lock both hands-Sarita

I discovered that I was doing it wrong too.

Tonight, I locked thumb against index finger on both hands, but blocked

the nostrils with the little finger of my left hand, while counting

with the fingers on my right hand. I tried using the right hand to

block the right nostril and left hand for the left nostril, but I felt

that was too much movement. Easier and more automatic using just the

one hand.

 

Good questions on technique. Little things can make quite a difference.
