Guest guest
The rope feeling can be the kidneys expanding or contracting stay hydrated and eat some watermelon if it is available there. Adrenals can aslo get hyperstimulated causing anxiety so beware of that. Indegestion and other gastro issues are common, nothing is wrong Karen. -
Isley Snow
What you need to do is obtain a greater amount of protein in your daily diet. Because I am A grown 19 year old at around 175 pounds and athletic(underweight). I take approximately 48 grams of protein daily. I used to get only 24 grams daily but because I'm larger, I need more. Overall, anyone that needs this problem taken care of needs to exercise daily(3-4 times a week) and get their daily. On average 48 grams is the standard amount for anyone. The pain in the solar plexus is due to the shrinking of internal organs due to lack of daily nutrition. Our bodies break down when we sleep and as for people like myself, having overcome a mild case of muscular dystrophy contributes to this very much so.
