Guest guest Posted June 15, 2007 Report Share Posted June 15, 2007 Hi All, Has anyone experienced a heat/pain in their stomach areas? I woke up about 4am this morning starving,so went and had a yoghurt,back to bed,then when i got up later i had this bloated feeling,like something pushing out,only on one side mind,seems to be between the sacral and solar plexus areas,like a ball,feels like hunger. Also my legs are sore,lower legs,backs of ankles. Last night i lay on my stomach,something prompted me, the duvet on my back felt like a tonne weight and there was like a stretching feeling across my middle/lower back,when lying on my back my front feels like constipation(sorry,best description i can think of). I havent felt much of the belly sensations just when doing my chakra breathing. Its hard to describe but to sum it up i feel like theres a rope around my waist pulling me down?
