Guest guest
Would that be: Day 1 - 1st Chakra, Qty 3 Day 2 - 1st Chakra Qty 3, 2nd Chakra Qty 3; Day 3 - 1st Chakra Qty 3, 2nd Chakra Qty 3, 3rd Chakra Qty 3; Day 4 - 1st Chakra 3, 2nd Chakra 3, 3rd Chakra Qty 3; 4th Chakra 3 Day 5 - 1st Chakra 3, 2nd Chakra 3, 3rd Chakra 3, 4th Chakra Qty 3, 5th Chakra Qty 3; Day 6 - Repeat of Day 5 Day 7 - Repeat of Day 5? Or do we just concentrate on 1 Chakra per day, repeating all on days 6 and 7? Sorry for the detail, but I'm handicapped by being an engineer! :-( Love to all of our list! Guest guest
As far as the Tibetans are concerned. Yes. But also Chakra breathe into the first and meditate and pray. I am adding more to this Shaktipat than in the others so be prepared. Day seven is out of your control and is a day for Divinity to come in. So it isnt a repeat of day five. - , " raazor1 " <raazor1 wrote: > > Would that be: > Day 1 - 1st Chakra, Qty 3 > Day 2 - 1st Chakra Qty 3, 2nd Chakra Qty 3; > Day 3 - 1st Chakra Qty 3, 2nd Chakra Qty 3, 3rd Chakra Qty 3; > Day 4 - 1st Chakra 3, 2nd Chakra 3, 3rd Chakra Qty 3; 4th Chakra 3 > Day 5 - 1st Chakra 3, 2nd Chakra 3, 3rd Chakra 3, 4th Chakra Qty 3, > 5th Chakra Qty 3; > Day 6 - Repeat of Day 5 > Day 7 - Repeat of Day 5? > > Or do we just concentrate on 1 Chakra per day, repeating all on days > 6 and 7? > > Sorry for the detail, but I'm handicapped by being an engineer! :-( > > Love to all of our list! > > Ray > > > Should we do the same as last time Chrism? > > Just the first tibetan three times on the first day, > > working up to the full five over the five days and > > onwards? > > Thanks lots of love , > > elektra x x x > > > > > > --- chrism <@> wrote: > > > > > Each day represents a chakra that is being focused > > > on. Guest guest
Dear Chrism, I afraid I miss-read the instuctions regarding the Tibetans and started by doing five reps of them all. I have done 2 days and today will be my third, but I haven't done them. Should I start all over again and treat today as day 1 3 reps of rite 1?
