Guest guest
What are the symptoms of non-forgiveness? I have always perceived myself to be a fairly forgiving kinda guy. I don't carry around resentments; I do not spend energy brooding away and plotting the downfall of " enemies " . I do not wish them ill or malice, quite the opposite. The only thing I do perhaps engage in is some gentle chiding of myself to be wiser next time and not to allow these souls to interfere with my equilibrium. BUT. Of late - since the scatterfield was put in place - people who have at one point " offended " me have been occupying some of my dream content. Not in an acrimonious way, mind you. But they are there. And I am taking this as a signal that perhaps my processing of forgiveness is incomplete. Yet, try as I might I cannot see where I am going wrong here. Hence my question: what are the symptoms of non-forgiveness? How would I recognise in the depths of my being that I am stumbling in these efforts. When it comes to forgiving myself for all the bad stuff, I am on more familiar turf and trying very hard, although not succeeding. That is a work in progress. But the other people? I thought I was cool. But obviously not. Please help. love & light reg
