Guest guest
Hello Gill, Yes what you read was a format for the Shaktipat instructions. You are not quite there yet but will be by the fall equinox if you are serious. So if you have started the 5 tibetans and feel good doing them, at the reps you have been doing them, then yes do continue. If you can incrementally increase the reps to 21 - that is best. Once or twice a day, morning or evening or both. Please be in " FULL " daily practice with the other " safety " protocols though. Especially the emotional balancing. You will recieve a form of " Shaktipat " or a tranference of activating energies just by being here and this may be all you need so please follow those protocols as they are written. - blessings Gill - chrism
Guest guest
Dear Chrism, Thanks for your advice and blessings. Yes, I feel great after doing the Tibetans, I am fairly fit but not flexible but I felt good doing them and also feel the flexibility will come. I am practicing the safeties but have become confused a few times while trying to do the compressed breathing. I found if I raised my eyes up I lost track of where I was and on both occasions lost count. I hope practice will help.
