Guest guest
*** Your Watermelon Weather Report: Kincardine, Ontario Canada: Ripe and Sweet, Seedful, $1.87 Can for about 1/4 a melon Windsor, Ontario, Canada: Juicy, yet not too flavourful for some of the smaller Mexican grown melons that get sent 1000's of km for some reason, expect to see them for sale at the dollar store soon, thanks for the powers that be for NAFTA, $3.00 Can for 1 small melon Beijing, China: Juicy, with a few seeds, flavourful and ripe, $3 to $4 US for a BIG Melon but possibly less if you bargain hard! Seoul, South Korea: Decent, seedful, red in the middle, pretty sweet and juicy melons, always perfectly round and possible overly genetically manipulated, $5 US for half a melon (will go down as they come into Season and the supply gets bigger) *** I've been enjoying being in the yard and squeezing the seeds between my fingers to see how far they shoot. Simple minds, simple pleasures. Happy seed spitting and shooting! Bradly
