Guest guest
A few short months ago I was having strange symptoms and Chrism suggested that I join this group. When I did I was given the Safeties which I thought were going to " stop " the Kundalini. (lol) The first thing that happened when I did the tongue and finger locks was a " thrumming " that started in my base chakra. I immediately stopped, very scared. I thought this was supposed to STOP these symptoms, not step them up! Everything I heard and read about the K scared the heck out of me. All I could say was " I am recovering from an accident! I CAN'T do this right now!! " I realized that it was not that simple and that I was better off under the supervision of and this wonderful group. As the fear let up, I made the decision to participate in the Shaktipat in March. I was nervous and still scared, but I felt that I should not fight the K but allow it to move as it saw fit. This was not an easy decision and fear wasn't far away still. I had a blessed experience with Shaktipat. I was healed of my back/hip pain and migraines. This has allowed me to cancel invasive procedures and lead a more normal life as a wife and mother. Some unexpected things came too, such as mediumship skills. This is not something I wanted, but has ended up being a blessing too. My life has completely changed in the past three months. I have had too many great experiences to list, have had synchronicities and good fortune. Things in my life that were a total mess have suddenly come together beautifully. I am still a newbie, but I don't fear this path any longer. I am not walking alone, I have guidance. This group is a terrific, non judgemental support system. It does take surrender and turning over the reigns. The Ego never likes that one. It may have been a little easier for me because I have always followed my intuition about decisions. I would like to suggest that if you are here, whether Chrism recruited you or you found your way here on your own, it is no coincidence. I hope this helps some of you to feel more comfortable. If anyone has anything they want to ask, feel free to email me. Sarita " I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain. Im so happy for you as your words are said from the heart, honest and truthful and a divine inspiration to anybody who has ANY doubts at all. Guest guest
I'm glad my words resonated with you Karen! The way I look at it, if it touches just one person then it did it's job. Sometimes I hesitate to post something embarrassing but then I think there might be someone out there even more afraid to post it than I am. This is one of the main reasons that I love the sharing here. We can touch each other and give a hand up when someone else is stuck. Guest guest
Sarita, I am one for sure who has been touch and encourage by your post. I was also encouraged by Paul's withdrawing and then returning. It caused me to do some deep soul searching and I came to the descision that I do definitely want this without any doubts. When I signed up for Shaktipat, I was figuring I would have most of the week to my self, but that is not going to be the case. LOL! I was also a little concerned about the surgery on my arm and not being able to do all the Tibetans, but my arm did heal very fast. Then the next week my husband was fired from his job. He is going to be here every day during this time for I encouraged him to just take the whole summer off and he did decide to do that. Maybe not the whole summer. LOL! Things are good between us, so I feel it will be OK. He does give me some funny looks about eating so much watermelon and all the exercising. Hehe! He hasn't said a word, yet. I keep wondering what he is thinking. Blessings & Love CC , " Sarita " <sarita1969 wrote: > > I'm glad my words resonated with you Karen!
