Energy highs and lows, linked to music and outside influences?

Okay, I understand that the safeties require music and movies and outside

influences which are suitable for the 'proper raising' of little Kundalini.

Well, when before I made my declaration, I pushed aside (with intent to throw

out, but forgot) my Papa Roach c.d. with the song I used to listen to, to

release penned up anger- called last resort. The music is very fast and

emotional, influenced by pain. The chorus sings -cut my life into pieces, this

is my last resort. Well of course I haven't listened to that again, or anything

else like it. I've been listening to dance and trance music lately.

I've been experiencing periods in which I hardly feel any energy at all, and

that makes me sad..like Kundalini left me. I love to feel energy, and I don't

like for that wonderful feeling to leave, but it did for a while. Now I'm

listening to a praise c.d. by various artists. It contains songs like It's all

about you, Jesus/ and I'm trading my sorrows for the joy of the Lord/ and open

the eyes of my heart Lord. I just put it on, and not even 5 minutes later, I

began to feel a moving, warm, tingling sensation in my spine. It feels funny and

silly and ticklish. It makes me happy, because I know it's Kundalini. Then I

felt its warmth in my arm or arms, and now it's in my chest and down through my

back again. It's wonderful! I've never felt anything like it. Now I'm getting a

weird feeling in my bladder, like pressure, and I'm wondering if that's why I

need the watermelon. I ate a lot of it today and yesterday, but I accidentally

left the rest of it at work, so I don't have any

with me right now. My arms are burning right now, and it's traveling to my

shoulders. My whole body feels very warm, but pleasantly warm..like I massage

from the inside out! All of my senses have just become very keen, like on the

first day of my awakening. I think this means that Kundalini wants to listen to

praise and worship from now on! He,he!!!
